Asia Pacific Economic Corporation

Canadian Automated Export Declaration

-A fast, inexpensive and easy way of reporting your exported goods. On January 1st, 1998, Statistics Canada and Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) launched the national implementation of the Canadian Automated Export Declaration (CAED) program. This program gives registered exporters and agents the opportunity to report goods electronically to the Federal Government of Canada instead of via the paper-based reporting method.

Canadian Consumer Information

-The Canadian Consumer Information Gateway is a Government Online initiative that includes over 35 federal government departments and agencies that have an interest in consumer issues. Now that the initial pilot stage is complete, it will grow to involve provincial and territorial governments, as well as selected non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Canadian Food Inspection Agency

CFNA has over 3000 members, which are scattered all over Mainland China.

The business scope covers cereals, oils, oilseeds and fats, vegetables and fresh fruits, livestock poultry and meat, aquatic products, beverage and canned foods, forest chemicals products, spices and essential oils, natural native produce, feather and down, cashmere and rabbit hair, bristle, casing, furred leather and its produce, carpets and the like; CFNA represents the whole agro-industry.

CFNA started the website of International Agricultural Products Trade Information (http://www.cccfna.org.cn) in July 1999. The web provides timely and specialized information to its members.

Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade
